Who we are
Established in 1971, Arodal Services provides commercial janitorial cleaning services in the Greater Vancouver Area. The owner, Fred, worked in the Operations Dept. for over 25 years before purchasing the company with his wife, Ester, in 2018 when the founder Arden retired. Since then, the husband-and-wife duo, along with a dedicated team, continue to focus on customer excellence. They are committed to improving the business operations while continuing to build and nurture long term relationships with customers and our contractors.

A team of hard-working and dedicated staff share the same passion for excellence and commitment to customer care. The Arodal team works closely together to produce successful outcomes. Our office dog, Tofu, loves getting treats from staff and meeting new people.

We have over 200 cleaning crews, many of whom have worked with us for over 15 years, allowing Arodal to have one of the lowest crew turnover rates in the industry.
We ensure our managers and cleaning crews have the knowledge, tools, and procedures in place to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Giving back to the community
The community is where the heart is. Arodal understands the importance of giving back to the community. Arodal participates in providing Christmas Hampers to Inner City families, supports local sports team in their fundraising efforts, and donates to the local food banks. In addition, Arodal supports and participates in our customers' fundraiser campaigns.
