Who we are
Established in 1971, Arodal Services has been a trusted provider of commercial janitorial cleaning for more than 55 years. Our longstanding reputation is built on reliability, professionalism, and commitment to delivering consistently high-quality service.
After more than 25 years serving within Arodal’s Operations Department, Fred, together with his wife, Ester, acquired the company in 2018 following the retirement of its founder, Arden. Their deep operational experience and respect for Arodal’s history have allowed them to preserve the company’s core values while continuing to strengthen and modernize its service delivery.
Today, Arodal remains dedicated to continuous improvement and operational excellence. We focus on building and maintaining long-term relationships with our customers and cleaners, supported by dedicated and experienced team. As we grow, our mission stays the same: to provide dependable, high‑standard cleaning services that contribute to safe, healthy, and well‑maintained workplaces across the Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley area.
Our leadership
With over 35 years in the commercial cleaning industry with Arodal, Fred's leadership is invaluable for our Sales and Operations Teams, while Ester efficiently manages the Administration department. Our team is composed of diligent, compassionate, and dedicated professionals who share a common passion for excellence and a strong commitment to customer care. The Arodal team collaborates closely to achieve successful outcomes. Our office dog, Tofu, enjoys receiving treats from staff and meeting new visitors.

Supporting our customers and community
The community is where the heart is. Arodal understands the importance of giving back to the community. Arodal participates in providing Christmas Hampers to Inner City families, supports local sports team in their fundraising efforts, and donates to the local food banks. In addition, Arodal supports and participates in our customers' fundraiser campaigns.
